Kali ini aku bermain2 dgn brownies.., setelah menemukan resep yg aku mau teringat juga dgn pisang dole (sejenis cavendish) yg udah matang tapi darrell udah ga mau lagi.., puter otak gmn caranya ya..aha dapat ide..untuk topping nya brownies aja..., setelah pisangnya diiris bulat2 tipis.., brownies yg udah di panggang lebih kurang 10 menit aku keluarin dan disusunlah pisang tersebut diatasnya.., setelah matang..lho kok tenggelam..hehehe..tapi tetap ok rasa dan penampilan....so buat temen2 yg mau mencoba.., biar lebih cantik mungkin memanggangnya sekitar 20 menit br ditabur pisangnya..kayaknya penampilannya lebih ok...

Ohya resep ini aku persembahkan untuk MFM#12 yg di host-in sm Ibu RT kita yang ramah baik hati dan tidak sombong, saudara ku tercintah IBU YENI...*yg galak dgn membawa pentungan hahahaha*, cuma aku minta maaf ya..karena pemakaian telurnya ga banyak..tapi tetap diterima ya....??pliss..plisss.....*sambil memohon* hehehe

Silahkan mencoba...!!! rasanya..coklat yg nyoklat ditambah aroma kopi espresso dan keju..serta pisang nya yg harumm.....!!!




Ingredients:
Brownies:
3/4 cup butter
300 gr semi-sweet chocolate/bitter (suka2 aja)
1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
75 gr coarsely chopped pecans

Topping:
330 gr. cream cheese, softened
1 cup icing (confectioners) sugar
2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
1 tablespoon coffee liqueur
2 eggs
50 gr semi-sweet chocolate
1 teaspoon butter
2 ripes banana, slices round



Directions:
Brownies:
Melt butter and chocolate together. Stir in coffee and set aside to cool.
In a small bowl mix flour and baking powder together.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light. Stir in the flour mixture, and the cooled chocolate mixture. Fold in pecans.
Pour into a greased 20x20 cm pan. Chill for 10 minutes.

Topping:
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, icing sugar, coffee powder, coffee liqueur and eggs. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until smooth.
Pour over brownie layer.
Bake at 180 degrees. for 30 minutes,
After 20 minutes, spread banana slices into surface of the cake, then bake again, until the cream cheese layer is set.
Cool.
Chill and cut in squares. Store in refrigerator.

Cream Cheese Brownies

(From Cooking Light by Elizabeth Taliaferro)

 

Brownies:
Cooking spray                                                                                      
1/2  cup butter, softened

1 1/2  cups sugar
1  teaspoon vanilla extract
2  large egg whites
1  large egg
2/3  cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2  cup fat-free milk
1 1/2  cups all-purpose flour (6 3/4 ounces)
1/2  teaspoon baking powder
1/4  teaspoon salt

Topping:
1  (8-ounce) block 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
1  tablespoon cornstarch
1  teaspoon vanilla extract
1  (14-ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1  large egg

20 gr pistachio powder

Preheat oven to 350°.

Coat bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

To prepare batter, place butter in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until fluffy. Add sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla; beat until well blended (about 5 minutes). Add egg whites and egg, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add cocoa and fat-free milk; beat well (mixture will appear curdled). Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; stir with a whisk. Add to cocoa mixture; beat at low speed just until blended. Spoon batter into prepared pan.

To prepare topping, place cream cheese in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Gradually add cornstarch and remaining ingredients; beat until smooth. Spread evenly over batter. Add pistachio powder onto surface.Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until set. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
